Instructions

Preparing the Jalapeños

1. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Wear gloves to avoid irritation.

Stuffing the Jalapeños

3. Spoon the filling into each jalapeño half.

Wrapping with Bacon

4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Barbecuing

5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the poppers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Finishing Touches

6. Drizzle the cooked poppers with Barbaro Mojo hot sauce to taste.

Serving

7. Let the jalapeño poppers cool before serving.

Tips

- For extra crispiness, consider partially pre-cooking the bacon before wrapping the jalapeños.

- If grilling isn’t an option, bake them in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.

- Adjust the heat level by varying the amount of Barbaro Mojo hot sauce used.
