- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Additional toppings as desired
- Any Barbaro Mojo Cuban Hot Sauce
Equipment:
- A wood-fired pizza oven
- Pizza peel
- Pizza stone (if needed)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Combine with flour and salt. Knead and let rise.
- Fire Up Your Wood-Fired Oven: Preheat oven to 750-850°F (400-450°C).
