Ingredients for Wood-Fired Pizza:

  • Pizza Dough:
    • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup warm water
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • Toppings:
    • 1 cup pizza sauce
    • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • Fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced
    • Additional toppings as desired
  • Any Barbaro Mojo Cuban Hot Sauce

Equipment:

  • A wood-fired pizza oven
  • Pizza peel
  • Pizza stone (if needed)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Combine with flour and salt. Knead and let rise.
