Barbaro Mojo Bagel Recipe

- 3 eggs
- 1 bagel (Your Choice)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Barbaro Mojo Jalabáo Cuban Hot Sauce
- Black pepper

1. Hollow out the bagel, removing some of the soft interior.

2. Toast the hollowed-out bagel.

3. While the bagel is toasting, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Add black pepper to taste.

4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

5. Once the butter has melted, add the whisked eggs to the pan.

6. Scramble the eggs in the pan until they reach your desired level of fluffiness.

7. Remove the toasted bagel from the toaster.

8. Spread Barbaro Mojo Jalabao sauce on both halves of the hollowed bagel, to taste.

9. Divide the scrambled eggs evenly between the two bagel halves.

10. Add more Barbaro Mojo Jalabao sauce on top of the eggs, if desired.

11. Take a big bite!
