The name Jalabáo ™ comes from "Alabao!" (Cuban slang for OMG) plus "Jalapeño". To create the unbelievable flavor, we combine lots of jalapeño peppers,
green bell peppers, tomatoes, sweet onions, and a secret blend of Cuban spices, then run them through the homegrown process we developed for each of
our sauces. Jalabao packs a lot of flavor with a medium level of heat in a beautiful green sauce.
